We relaunched our website on June 24th, 2022 using completely new software. If you had an account on our older store that operated from 2010 to 2022, it will not be migrated to this fully new website.

If you are trying to log in to re-download past purchases, we can help you get access to them. Please contact our customer service team with the relevant order numbers and they should be able to reissue those downloads to you via the Bits & Mortar website, which has a digital bookshelf feature intended for long-term use (tho you should still make local and cloud backups, always).

If you don’t have an account yet, you can create a new one during the checkout process as you place an order; keep an eye out for the ‘create an account’ box and make sure to mark it before completing your order.
